Congrats, Todd, on the successful conclusion to a long contentious encounter with the bureaucracy!
Enjoyed the videos from Effie and Todd - nice to have a little Christmas infuse the otherwise gloomy spirit of this past year. Better days ahead, and I plan to dust off my sleeping bag and sleep on the sidewalk outside the clinic giving out the vaccine so as to be first in line when my turns comes. <grin>
I’ll be sending a short video Christmas card as my contribution to the video festivities. In the meantime, there’s this:
All the best wishes for as joyous a Christmas as possible.🎄

Thanks, Todd and Effie, for your links, which were really interesting and pleasant diversions. Todd, I am glad to hear that you finally got your SSDI and I hope now that you have it, that particular stress about the future has been alleviated. I was happy to be able to help you. I always believed that you would be able to get it eventually if you hung in there, but didn’t know when. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, all. Stay safe.

Hi All,
I went looking for something to satisfy my "itch" for the holidays and stumbled across a few interesting videos that I thought I'd share.
This shows what's possible using lots of low-power LED-type lights attached to a private residence:
2020 Christmas Light Show (about 3 min)
And this is even more amazing to me -- precision drone choreography. Drones in 3D space! Not a projection!
200 drones light up sky for Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival (about 5 min)
Biggest drone display ever! - Guinness World Records (about 2 min)
Enjoy!
A brief update: As of a letter I got dated Jul 6, 2020, the judge presiding over my Social Security Disability Income hearing on Jun 17, 2020 fully approved my claim. I heard sooner than I expected -- only three weeks -- but was told to expect it could be months or even longer than a year. Many, many thanks to Nina -- there's no way I could have navigated the bureaucracy as well as I did without your help!
My neck issues continue to slowly worsen (as expected) but I can still mostly take care of myself.
Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, everyone!
Stay safe, Todd _______________________________________________ UTS mailing list UTS@starmanet.com http://starmanet.com/mailman/listinfo/uts_starmanet.com
