Imagine my surprise when I hit upon something I recognized. :) 5:00 PM on THIS 41.2, 2 hr 1984Jeff Bridges turns in a stellar performance in this romance between an extraterrestrial and a widow (Karen Allen) whose husband's form he "borrows." Charles Martin Smith. Fox: Richard Jaeckel. Brad: John Walter Davis. Major Bell: Robert Phalen. Sgt. Lemon: Tony Edwards. It was about half over - he was just experiencing Dutch Apple Pie for the first time. It's a doubly specially scene to me because I've been in Tennessee at the location used for Bowdarks Restaurant.
