I purchased starman on dvd the other day and being a filmmaker myself i will say the quality is exceptionally good for a take a chance release by sony. they even come complete with the main titles and end credits on every episode!!! Just an FYI this release was done correctly by Sony and it is most likely all of us fans will ever see. My opinion for its age: Video quality is 10 and Audio as well. the show wasnt filmed on High Definition equipment and I think this is the best quality you can get. ;). blue lights!!!

imagine they thought they wouldn't make any money off of them. The disc menus leave a lot to be desired. They are pretty much your run of the mill "I could do this at home with Nero or another burning program" menu.
