SFC -- a biennial ³Family Reunion² of those who created/appreciate STARMAN -- is an international convention of STARMAN¹s cast/crew/staff/fans, hosted by Spotlight Starman International (SSI).

BIG apologies for the delay in getting these Forms posted. You have no idea what the Form Team (Todd, Bruce, Jean L. and I) went through trying to create a Form that would work properly for everyone¹s email program. In the end, we had to surrender and make them MS Word documents to attach. I apologize for any redundancies in these emails and on the Forms themselves . . . we¹re just trying to make sure you have the info you need WHERE you need it. [Thanks so much, Team!]
Because these Forms were begun so long ago, there¹s a lot of laid-back language in them, but since time has slipped away, I¹d appreciate it if you didn¹t dally too long in getting back to me. I need this info as soon as you can send it. Certainly, IF YOU ARE EVEN THINKING OF ATTENDING, I NEED TO KNOW THAT NOW. If you said MAYBE earlier in the year, please give me a quick update now. There¹s no obligation, just lots of bases I have to cover.
As said before, there are TWO Forms: One for those who will Probably or Possibly attend SFC 2012 (PAF) and one for those Not Attending (NAF).
Attached to THIS #2 post, you¹ll find the NAF. USE THIS FORM IF THERE'S =NO= CHANCE YOU MIGHT ATTEND SFC but still want to enjoy the EXTRAS -- Auction, T-shirts, Raffles -- or if you want to donate something,

Please fill out the Forms to the best of your knowledge at this point in space/time. We can make changes later, as needed. You may print out the Word document, MARK it and send it to Vicki NOW -- with or without any payments/donations. To assist your legally blind Form-compiler, please PRINT in INK. It also helps if you use colored ink (blue or red probably best), and it¹d be REALLY helpful if you yellow-highlight everything you're marking. Thanks!
