For weeks now, I¹ve been trying to gather and assemble info/enrollment forms to post, but before I can finish each one, something significant changes or the most important info can¹t be accessed/confirmed. Very frustrating! I¹m so far behind now, and certain info must be collected IMMEDIATELY, so I¹m going to forgo the PAF & NAF Forms and send items out separately. Thank goodness I have Liz living up here now, and she can help me collate and compile all your answers/choices/etc. into our overall lists/forms/counts.
Our current hair-on-fire topic: STARMAN FAMILY-CON 2014 Commemorative T-shirts You may PLEDGE as many tees as you like, whether or not you attend. You needn¹t pay now for shirts, and you aren¹t obligated to purchase any you don¹t want after you see them. NOTE: a pledge means "I plan to / hope to..." not "I promise to ... buy.² For those of you new to this process, you¹ll find more explanation in the next email (#T-2), which will include details of our new brand of shirt (softer than any we¹ve ever had before!), the 8 fabulous colors, and how those colors fit our Con Themes. The third email (#T-3) will be a short order form you can mark and POST DIRECTLY BACK to us.
Here¹s the kicker: We must order the shirt sizes and colors on TUESDAY 9/9, so we MUST have your pledge by 9 a.m. Pacific to give us time to compile, compute and check over your choices, then fill out the company¹s order form and get it to them.
Sorry for the very short notice (note-to-self: never get SFC T-shirts from a company in the middle of a move!). Watch your INBOX for POSTS #T-2 (read and make your decisions) and #T-3 (quick order form). You should have them on Sunday 9/7/14. If you have any questions, please contact me immediately by email or phone. If phone, we¹ll need to keep the call as short as possible (no matter how much I¹d love to have a long chat!); I¹m underwater here with much to do to maximize your SFC experience.
